Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $75 or more — no promo code required. Express Credit Cardholders get free standard shipping every day regardless of order size. Same-day in-store pickup is also free when you order by 3 p.m.

Express Insider is Express's free loyalty program. Members earn points on every purchase, which convert to Express Cash redeemable like money at checkout. Join online at express.com/insider, via the Express App, or in any Express store. There are three tiers: Insider, Influencer, and A-List.

Earning rates depend on your tier:

• Insider: 10 pts/$1 (1,250 pts = $5)
• Influencer: 15 pts/$1
• A-List: 20 pts/$1 ($15 Express Cash per 3,750 pts)

Express Credit Cardholders earn an additional 5 points per $1 on top of their tier rate.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with a valid receipt or order number. In-store returns to Express or Express Men locations are free. Mail returns cost $6.99 (deducted from your refund). Clearance items (red-priced, ending in $.99 or $.97) are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Stacking depends on the specific offer. Express Insider members currently receive an extra 20% off on top of sitewide sales. However, promo codes generally cannot be combined with the Express Credit Card 25% credit offer. Always check the terms displayed at checkout before applying.

Buying a qualifying jacket and pant together triggers automatic bundle pricing of $199, $249, or $299 depending on the items selected. No discount code is needed — the bundle price reflects in your cart automatically at checkout.

Yes. Express partners with Klarna for two interest-free options: 4 payments charged every two weeks, or Pay in 30 days with no fees when paid on time. Klarna performs a soft credit check only — no impact on your credit score.

All Insider members receive a birthday gift: $5 (Insider), $10 (Influencer), or $40 (A-List). Express also sends a half-birthday gift. Credit Cardholders receive $20 or $40. Complete your member profile at express.com/insider to activate both gifts.

No. Express Factory Outlet purchases must be returned to an Express Factory Outlet store only — not to Express or Express Men retail locations, and not by mail. Likewise, regular Express purchases cannot be returned at Factory Outlet stores.
