• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging (decals must not be peeled from their backing).
• A Return Authorisation Number is required before sending anything back.
• Return shipping fees apply and are deducted from the refund.
• Damaged items follow the same 30-day window but require photos of both the item and the shipping box.

Fathead will reprint the exact same design with no changes allowed. Cancellation is free until printing starts, so review your proof carefully before approving.

Yes. Verified US active duty military, veterans, first responders, and government employees can access up to 10% off through the GovX verification portal on the Fathead website. Verification is required to activate the discount. Check the Fathead site for current eligibility and any product exclusions that apply.

Fathead runs promotions across major shopping events, typically including:

• Black Friday and Cyber Monday: up to 25% or more off, sometimes with free shipping
• 4th of July: sitewide percentage-off events
• Back to School: discounts on wall decals and licensed graphics
• Memorial Day: currently an active 25% off seasonal promotion

Fathead gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $150, and $200. They're applied at checkout alongside promo codes. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. If a return is processed on a gift-card order, the refund is applied to the gift card first, then to any other payment method used.

The most common reasons a code fails are: the items in your cart are already discounted, the product category is excluded from the offer (for example, gift cards, autographed memorabilia, or e-certificates), or the code has expired. Only one code can be used per order. Contact fans@fathead.com if the issue persists.
