For same-day flower delivery, order by 2 p.m. on weekdays or 1 p.m. on weekends in the recipient's time zone. FTD guarantees delivery on the requested date but cannot confirm a specific arrival time within that window.

Yes. All perishable flowers and plants are covered by a seven-day freshness guarantee. If you or the recipient are unhappy with the quality, contact FTD within seven days of delivery to request a fresh re-delivery or a full refund.

Standard delivery and shipping charges start at $19.99, though the exact fee varies by delivery location, speed, and date. Delivery fees cover all costs associated with getting your arrangement to the recipient and are not eligible for discount codes.

Yes. FTD delivers to over 150 countries. For next-business-day international delivery, place your order by 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Lead times vary by country, so check availability for your destination at checkout. Delivery is available across Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and more.

If a specific flower, vase, or plant isn't available, FTD's substitution policy requires the replacement to be of equal or greater value and similar in design or theme. You won't receive a lesser product — the florist is required to match or exceed the original order's quality.

FTD Plus members earn miles or points based on the product purchase price of each qualifying order. Points don't apply to delivery fees, care and handling charges, customizations, gift cards, or special collections. Miles also can't be combined with active discount codes or other promotions.

FTD delivers Monday through Saturday as standard. Sunday delivery is available in select areas and may also be offered during certain holidays. Check availability for your specific delivery address and date at checkout before placing your order.

If your order has already shipped via a third-party carrier like UPS or FedEx, changing the delivery address may result in a $10 fee. To avoid this, verify all address details (including apartment, unit, or room numbers) before clicking "Place Your Order."
