Q&A with Hayneedle

How do I redeem a Hayneedle coupon?

Select the offer you want to use. If there’s a code, copy it from the pop up window; otherwise, continue to the Hayneedle site to unlock your savings. Once you’ve added all the items you want to your cart, paste the coupon code into the appropriate box at checkout to redeem your discount.

What’s the Hayneedle shipping policy?

Hayneedle offers free shipping on orders over $50 - how great is that? For orders under $50, you’ll pay a flat rate of $4.99 for Fedex delivery. There are shipping details on the individual product page of each item, so you can see how long it’ll take to arrive!

What’s the Hayneedle returns policy?

If you’d like to return an item from your order, you’ve got 30 days to send it back for a refund. To generate a returns slip, head to the Hayneedle website, sign into your account and review your past orders - there’s a ‘returns’ link which you can follow to initiate the return.

Can I buy a Hayneedle gift card online?

You sure can! Hayneedle offers e-gift cards starting from $25 - it’s the perfect gift for the friend who has everything! Buy online and have the card delivered by email - the recipient will be able to use the card to shop ‘til they drop online, and can check the card balance on the website, too.

How do I track my order from Hayneedle?

It’s easy to track your order - you’ll be sent a confirmation email with a tracking link when items are on their way, or you can use this online order tracker - just enter your order details to keep tabs on your delivery.
