Yes, and there's no minimum order to qualify. InkCartridges.com ships free to 97% of the US, covering the entire contiguous United States. Orders go out via USPS with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are excluded from the free shipping offer, though InkCartridges.com does ship to those locations at an additional cost.

InkCartridges.com backs all compatible and remanufactured ink and toner with a Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Within the first year, a faulty product is replaced or fully refunded at no extra cost. After the first year, store credit is issued instead. Products over a year old must be returned, or a new order placed, before the credit is processed, and store credit orders must be placed by phone with a representative. There are no hidden fees or complicated hoops to jump through.

Yes. 2nd day shipping is available at checkout for eligible products when you order before 12pm PST. Orders placed after that cutoff ship the next business day. For overnight delivery, you'll need to contact customer support directly at (800) 551-9954 to arrange it.

InkCartridges.com stocks cartridges for all the major printer brands, including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, Dell, Xerox, and Samsung. The site works with one of the largest print product distributors in the country, so the selection is broad and regularly stocked.

Not always. InkCartridges.com processes orders quickly, so cancellations may not be possible once an order is submitted. It's worth double-checking your cart carefully before you confirm, especially if you're ordering multiple cartridge types or applying an Inkcartridges promo code.

The customer service and sales team is available Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 5:00pm PST. They're closed on Saturdays and Sundays. A formal price-match program isn't something InkCartridges.com advertises. That said, the site is built around offering competitive pricing as an alternative to big-box stores, and the free shipping on all contiguous US orders means the total cost is often lower than it first appears elsewhere.

Every new vendor that supplies InkCartridges.com goes through a research and vetting process before their products are listed on the site. That means what you're buying has already been screened for quality before it reaches you, and the Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee covers you either way.

Head to checkout after adding your items to the cart, then look for the promo code or coupon code field on the order summary page. Paste your InkCartridges.com discount code into the field and click apply. Confirm your order total updates before completing the purchase. If it doesn't apply, check for minimum order requirements, product exclusions, or whether a sale restriction is in place.
