Refunds are available if requested within 72 hours of purchase, provided you haven't attempted any exam, completed 50% or more of the course, or received a certificate. Submit your request in writing to Support@360training.com with proof of purchase. Approved refunds take up to 10 business days.

Yes. The Learn2Serve online learning platform is accessible on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers, so you can complete your training wherever it's convenient. No app download is required, as the platform works through your mobile browser.

Standard Learn2Serve courses give you two attempts to pass the final assessment. If you don't pass within those attempts, a course reset is required before you can try again. Review the course guidelines at enrollment for any course-specific rules that may differ.

Your digital certificate is available for download immediately upon successfully completing all course requirements. There's no waiting period for the digital version. Expedited physical mailing is available for an additional fee, but that cost is non-refundable once the process has been fulfilled.

Yes. Businesses can access custom pricing and flexible payment options through a Master Service Agreement. Full Manager access, which includes detailed reporting, a Training Plan builder, and employee enrollment tools, is included with that agreement. Log into your training account and navigate to Subscriptions, then click Manage Subscriptions for the course you want to update. Cancel at least one day before the scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged. Once canceled, no further payments will be processed.
