Q&A with Leesa

How much does Leesa charge for shipping?

Shipping is completely free! Leesa uses UPS ground shipping everywhere in the U.S.

What is the Leesa returns policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Leesa purchase, you can return it for free - just get in touch with the team to coordinate a pick up using the contact details below.

What is the Leesa One-Earth program?

Leesa don’t just care about giving you a good night’s sleep - the brand is conscious of its environmental and social impact. Leesa also participates in many community events and initiatives in communities all over the U.S.

How do I redeem my Leesa coupon?

Select the Leesa offer you want to redeem - you’ll be redirected to the website. Browse the range as normal and add items to your cart. When you’re ready to check out, hit the cart icon at the top of the screen. Review your order and select the ‘checkout’ option. On the right hand side of the screen, you’ll see a box to enter your code - paste or type it here and hit ‘apply’ to activate your savings.

Can I try a Leesa mattress before I buy?

Absolutely - Check out the stockists in your area to find a Leesa mattress near you! If you can’t get to a store or you want more time to decide, don’t stress - the 100 night risk free trial includes free shipping and free returns, so you won’t be out of pocket if you aren’t happy with your new mattress.
