Mackage Promo Codes

Yes. Mackage provides complimentary shipping on every order with no minimum spend required. U.S. orders ship from within the U.S. and arrive in 3–7 business days. No shipping code is needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of the shipping date using a pre-paid FedEx label. A few important conditions to keep in mind:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached.
• Final Sale items — those discounted at 40% or more — cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Express shipping fees are not refunded.
• In-store returns are only available for orders paid by credit card or Klarna.

Here's exactly how to apply a Mackage promo code at checkout:

1. Add your items to the cart and click the bag icon to review your order.
2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.
3. On the payment page, find the "Discount Code" field — it appears just above the order summary.
4. Type or paste your code and click "Apply."
5. Confirm the discount appears in your order total before completing payment.

Note: codes are not valid on Final Sale items or Flash Sale purchases.

Mackage accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and ShopPay. Your card is only charged once your order ships. Klarna and ShopPay both offer installment payment options for eligible shoppers.

Mackage offers a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days of your purchase. Contact shop@mackage.com or call 1-855-622-5243 with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. This excludes Final Sale items, Flash Sale purchases, and orders placed with a promotional or discount code.

It depends on the discount level. Items discounted at less than 40% retain the standard 14-day return window. Items discounted at 40% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged online or in-store. Check the product page before purchasing.

Yes, but only if you paid by credit card or Klarna. Orders placed via PayPal, Apple Pay, or ShopPay are not eligible for in-store returns and must use the online return label process. Outlet stores do not process in-store returns.

Yes. Mackage digital gift cards are available in denominations of $100, $250, $500, and $1,000. They're redeemable online at mackage.com and at all U.S. Mackage stores. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the returned item arriving at the warehouse. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.
