Maisonette accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. A flat fee of $9.95 per return shipment applies. Items that cannot be returned include:

• Outlet and Final Sale items
• Personalized products
• Worn or assembled items
• Items missing original tags

Yes. Items originally shipped via freight, large parcel, medium parcel, or from outside the US and Canada carry a 15% return shipping fee, automatically deducted from your refund. Standard returns use the flat $9.95 per shipment fee instead.

Yes. Afterpay is accepted at Maisonette alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Select Afterpay at checkout to split your order total into installments. No additional charge applies for using Afterpay.

Once Maisonette receives your returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method. It typically takes 7–10 business days to post, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
