Registration is free and requires only a few minutes through Nordstrom's website or at any store location. Your account activates instantly, allowing you to accumulate points on purchases and access complimentary 2-day shipping on select merchandise.

The Anniversary Sale during July and August is their premier event, discounting incoming fall collections before the season starts. Additional major sales include Half-Yearly events in May and December, along with Black Friday promotions featuring extra clearance reductions.

Standard shipping is complimentary on nearly all orders with no purchase minimum required. Nordy Club members in select areas receive free 2-day shipping on eligible items, adding substantial value to the loyalty program for regular customers.

Basic members accumulate 1 point per dollar, while credit cardholders earn 2-3 points per dollar depending on membership tier. Each 1,000 points becomes a $10 Nordstrom Note redeemable on future orders. Credit card holders earn 3X points on all beauty transactions.

Stacking eligibility varies by promotion — some offers combine while others stand alone. Most discounts apply automatically during checkout, though certain deals need specific codes. Review individual promotion terms or contact support to verify combination rules.

Nordstrom carries current-season merchandise at standard retail pricing with complete service offerings. Nordstrom Rack functions as their outlet channel, featuring past-season items and special buys at reductions reaching 70% off regular prices.

Returns are accepted with no publicly stated deadline, though the retailer is recognized for accommodating returns far beyond standard retail timeframes. Nordy Club members and cardholders receive particularly flexible return treatment.

Price matching is available for identical items from select competing stores. Additionally, if merchandise you purchased goes on sale within 10 days, Nordstrom provides price adjustments — the item must match exactly in size and color.

Approved applicants receive a $40 Bonus Note when using their new card the same day. Cardholders gain enhanced point earnings, 3X points on beauty, and advance access to major sales including the Anniversary event before public opening.

Newsletter subscribers receive advance notice of upcoming promotions and special events. Nordy Club members and cardholders gain exclusive early shopping windows for flagship sales like the Anniversary event, accessing deals days before general customers.
