Whether you're going solo or bringing your partner along, plans start from $55 a week and include expert-led 40-minute virtual sessions, AI-driven guidance, and personalized learning pathways. OurRitual — frequently asked
How much can I save with OurRitual's longer commitment plans?
You save $50 by choosing 3-month or 6-month plans over monthly billing. Individual plans drop from $47.50 to $38 weekly, while Couple plans go from $77.50 to $66 weekly with 6-month commitments.
Does OurRitual offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, first-time subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee. You must attend your first session and request a refund before scheduling additional sessions. Rescheduling with less than 36 hours notice voids this guarantee.
Are there promo codes available for OurRitual?
Yes, promo codes are typically available for first-time subscription orders. Newsletter subscribers receive exclusive discount codes and special promotions. Codes generally don't stack with existing commitment plan savings.
What's included with the Couple Plan subscription?
Couple Plans include:
- 40-minute weekly sessions for you and your partner
- Personalized learning paths for your relationship
- Science-backed tools and exercises
- Exclusive video content library
- Free Partner account with independent access
- Chat support between sessions
Can I cancel my OurRitual subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel through the "My Subscription" page in the OurRitual App or contact Customer Support. However, no refunds are provided for already-paid subscription periods, and early termination fees may apply to multi-month plans.
How do I get OurRitual newsletter deals?
Subscribe to their newsletter to receive exclusive discount codes, special promotions, and early access to sales. Email-only deals typically include percentage discounts for first-time users and seasonal offers.
What happens if I miss my OurRitual session?
Missing a session without 24+ hours notice creates a "No Show Event." For Matching Sessions, more than one Late Show or No-Show Event can result in cancellation without refunds. Regular sessions continue as scheduled.
Does OurRitual charge extra fees?
A $1 test payment verifies your payment method but gets refunded immediately. Early termination fees apply if you cancel multi-month commitment plans before completion. No other hidden fees are mentioned.
Can I start with Individual Plan and add my partner later?
Yes, you can begin with an Individual Plan and upgrade to include your partner. The Couple Plan includes a free Partner account, giving both people access to personalized content and tools.
How quickly does OurRitual customer support respond?
Customer Support responds within 2 working days. You can contact them through the OurRitual App or email. Many subscription changes can be handled immediately through the "My Subscription" page without waiting.
