No. Plow & Hearth accepts only one coupon code per order. However, Plow Perks reward codes can be combined with other eligible order, shipping, and product discounts. So your loyalty savings can layer on top of active sale prices or free shipping offers.

Standard items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A $11.95 return shipping label fee is deducted from your refund, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, return shipping is free. Defective items have a one-year return window. Food, live plants, and personalized items are non-returnable.

Share your unique referral link with friends or family. When a friend places their first order, you earn 150 Plow Perks points. Your friend receives $10 off their first order of $50 or more. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer, so frequent referrers can accumulate points quickly.

Plow & Hearth currently offers 15% off rugs and doormats with a dedicated promo code applied at checkout. This applies to eligible rug and doormat products. Check the terms at checkout to confirm which items qualify, as exclusions may apply.

The Sale Collection offers discounts of up to 80% off. Items are organized into clearance tiers (under $20, under $50, and under $100), making it easy to shop within a set budget. A Deal of the Week also rotates in fresh markdowns on home decor items on a regular basis.

Plow & Hearth accepts major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA. Check the site at checkout for the most current list of accepted payment options, as availability may vary.

Reward codes issued through Plow Perks expire six months after they are issued, so it's worth redeeming them before they lapse. Codes are tied to your account only and cannot be transferred or shared with other users. Your cart subtotal must also exceed the reward value to apply the code at checkout.

The steps to take depend on whether you've already accepted the delivery.

During delivery (while the carrier is still present):

1. Inspect the item thoroughly before the driver leaves.
2. If you spot obvious damage, note it on the bill of lading before signing.
3. You can refuse the shipment entirely. If you do, you won't be charged for shipping and handling on the replacement order.

After accepting delivery (once the freight company has left):

1. Retain all original packaging and boxes until you've confirmed the item is in acceptable condition.
2. Document any damage with photos as soon as possible.
3. Contact Plow & Hearth to report the issue. They will arrange for the item to be picked up by the freight company and work toward a resolution.
