PlushBeds offers a 100-night sleep trial on mattresses (some products carry a 365-night trial; check the product page). There's a mandatory 30-night adjustment period before returns are accepted. If you return within the trial window, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and White Glove fees. Mattresses must be in sanitary condition.

PlushBeds runs seasonal sales events. The current Summer Sale takes up to $2,500 off adult bedroom mattresses and 25% off toppers, pillows, and bedding. Factory-direct pricing means their everyday prices are already competitive, and sale events bring those numbers down further. Check the PlushBeds website regularly for active promotions.

PlushBeds backs its bedroom mattresses with a Limited Lifetime warranty, one of the strongest guarantees in the industry. RV mattresses carry a 20-year warranty, and sofa bed mattresses come with a 10-year warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are available on the PlushBeds website.

Yes. During the Summer Sale, you can add a Bedding Bundle, consisting of two pillows, organic sheets, and a mattress protector, to any adult bedroom mattress purchase for $249 (retail value $799). Several other bundles are also available, including mattress-plus-adjustable-base combinations that save up to $500.

PlushBeds doesn't currently run a standalone first-order welcome discount. That said, the Summer Sale offers substantial savings across the mattress lineup, up to $2,500 off, alongside free shipping on every order and flexible Affirm financing, which together make a first purchase genuinely good value.

Yes. PlushBeds donates a portion of every sale to a charity of the customer's choice, selected from a pool of over 1.5 million registered nonprofits. You can choose your cause at the point of purchase on the PlushBeds website, a nice touch that doesn't cost you anything extra.
