Yes. Free value shipping is available on orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes and fees) delivered within the contiguous United States. The current sitewide promo code activates both the discount and the free shipping perk together. LTL truck freight shipments are excluded.

No. The current sitewide promo code cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts. You'll need to choose the code that gives you the best saving for your order total.

AT-A-GLANCE accepts returns within 30 days from the date of shipment for items purchased directly through ataglance.com. Clearance and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges are accepted on new, unused items only.

Refund timelines depend on how you paid and how the return is processed:

• Return processing takes 7–10 business days from the date AT-A-GLANCE receives your return.
• Credit card refunds may take up to an additional 10 days to appear on your statement after processing.
• Refunds by mail can take up to 4 weeks to be received after the return is processed.

No. Promo codes are valid only on ataglance.com and are not applicable through retail stores or third-party websites such as Staples, Amazon, or Walmart.

FOUNDATION undated planners come in three formats — Goal Setting, Wellness, and Budget — and can be started on any day of the year. Because they're undated, you can purchase them during a mid-year sale without losing any pages.

The strongest discount windows are back-to-school season (late summer) and the new calendar year rollout (late fall and early winter), when older stock is marked down. US holidays like Memorial Day have also historically triggered promotional pricing.

If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:

• Contact AT-A-GLANCE within 48 hours of delivery — this deadline is important, so don't wait.
• Retain all original packaging, as it may need to be inspected before a replacement is issued.
• Merchandise replacements are processed as soon as possible once your case is reviewed.
• Shipping costs are refunded when damage is the result of an error or transit issue.

Yes. AT-A-GLANCE ships to all 50 US states and US territories via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. However, free shipping applies only to deliveries within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout.

Products purchased from third-party retailers — including Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, Target, or Amazon — must be returned to the original point of purchase. AT-A-GLANCE's 30-day return policy applies only to orders placed directly through ataglance.com or by phone or mail through ACCO Brands.
