Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Bedding and unopened wallpaper have a 60-day return window with a complimentary return label included. Kids mattresses come with a 120-night trial. Items that cannot be returned include clearance pieces, custom orders, installed lighting, Gift Certificates, and Original Art.

Serena & Lily uses a tiered flat-rate system where unlimited eligible items ship for one fee:

Yes. Serena & Lily accepts Affirm for monthly payment plans on orders between $150 and $25,000. Your first payment is due 30 days after your order is processed for shipment. Affirm is available on the website only and is not offered in Iowa or West Virginia. Gift Certificates are not eligible for Affirm financing.

Yes. Serena & Lily offers a Birthday Treat of $50 off orders of $200 or more. Register your birthday through your account, and you'll receive a unique code during your birthday month. Yes. Serena & Lily provides a lifetime guarantee on the frames, springs, swivels, and motion mechanisms of custom upholstered furniture for the original owner. Items must be purchased through the website or a Design Shop and used in a residential setting. The guarantee does not cover upholstery fabric or cushion inserts. A Peace of Mind Protection Plan is also available for additional coverage.

Yes. Serena & Lily allows you to order up to 3 complimentary swatches, fabric or wallpaper, at no cost. Swatches ship via USPS First Class and arrive within 7–10 business days. This is a practical way to check colors and textures in your space before committing to a full purchase. Note that fabric yardage and opened wallpaper swatches are not eligible for return.
