Soft Surroundings — frequently asked
Does Soft Surroundings offer a promo code right now?
Yes. A sitewide discount code is currently active, giving you 20% off full-price items. It excludes sale items, Final Sale items, gift cards, and BIRKENSTOCK® products. Enter the code at checkout in the promo code field before completing your order.
How do I know which items are Final Sale at Soft Surroundings?
Final Sale items are identified by their price endings. Prices ending in .97 or .98 are Final Sale, while prices ending in .99 are regular sale items. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, so check sizing carefully before you order.
What is MySoftSurroundings Rewards and how does it work?
MySoftSurroundings Rewards is a paid loyalty program offering 10% back on Soft Surroundings purchases and 5% back at 1,200+ partner retailers. It includes shipping and return shipping rebates. There's a free 30-day trial; after that, a monthly fee applies automatically.
Can I get free shipping at Soft Surroundings?
Free shipping isn't offered as a standard order threshold, but MySoftSurroundings Rewards members receive shipping rebates on qualifying purchases. Exchanges initiated through Customer Care also come with free shipping on the replacement order. Check the newsletter sign-up offer for a potential welcome discount that may include shipping benefits on a first order.
How long do I have to return an item to Soft Surroundings?
Soft Surroundings accepts returns within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt. A $9.95 processing fee applies. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
How do I get an instant refund when returning to Soft Surroundings?
Drop off your return at a Happy Returns location, such as The UPS Store, Ulta, Staples, or Petco, and your refund is initiated immediately. Mail-in returns take 7 to 10 business days to process. Both methods carry the same $9.95 processing fee.
Does Soft Surroundings offer a price adjustment if an item goes on sale?
Yes. Soft Surroundings offers a one-time price adjustment if an item drops in price within 14 days of your purchase. It applies to both full-price and sale merchandise. Contact Customer Care by phone at 1-800-240-7076 or by email at customerservice@softsurroundings.com to request it.
What payment methods does Soft Surroundings accept?
