SoothePass members save up to 30% versus standard non-member pricing across all core Soothe services, including massages, facials, hair, beauty, and nail services. Add-ons like Theragun and Hot Stones are excluded from the member discount and are charged at standard rates.

No — Soothe Points don't expire while your SoothePass membership is active. If you cancel, your points remain on your account indefinitely. They become usable again as soon as you resubscribe to SoothePass, so you won't lose accumulated value during a membership gap.

Share your personal referral link via the Soothe app. Your friend receives $50 off their first appointment. Once they complete that booking, you receive $50 in credit. Rewards are promotional and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

You can cancel at any time, but subscription fees are non-refundable once charged for the current billing period. Canceling stops future charges immediately. Any Soothe Points accumulated before cancellation remain on your account and are accessible when you resubscribe.

Yes. SoothePass Points can be combined with Soothe Plus Massage Minutes and standard payment methods — credit card or Apple Pay — in a single transaction. This lets you partially redeem points and top up the remainder with your card, rather than waiting for a full-session point balance.

Yes, where eligible. Soothe accepts HSA and FSA cards for qualifying massage services, but you'll need a Letter of Medical Necessity from a physician confirming a qualifying medical condition. Confirm eligibility with your HSA/FSA provider before booking.

Cancel an appointment with 4 or more hours' notice and no charge applies. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice may incur a fee. This applies to individual session bookings — SoothePass subscription cancellations follow separate terms and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Yes. Soothe digital gift cards are matched to the cost of popular services and can be sent instantly or scheduled for a future date. They're redeemable at checkout alongside other payment methods. Gift cards are a practical option for gifting a session or pre-paying for your own booking.

Notify Soothe in writing within 7 days of receiving your credit card statement if you dispute a charge. Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed, but billing errors can be flagged through Soothe's in-app support or help center on Soothe.com.
