Yes. SPELAB provides free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States, with no minimum spend required. Yes, you can apply multiple codes in one order, but each individual product will only receive the highest applicable discount. Codes don't stack on the same item. This means you can use a sitewide code on full-price parts and a clearance-specific code on clearance items in the same cart, and each product gets its best available rate.

SPELAB offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date. Here's what you need to know:

• Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all packaging and accessories included.
• For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, SPELAB covers return shipping and offers a full refund or exchange.
• Standard returns (change of mind) require the customer to pay return shipping.
• Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval and credited back to your original payment method.
• For issues discovered after 30 days, a 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects.

The SPELAB Membership Program rewards you every time you shop. Here's how it breaks down:

• Earn 1 point for every $10 spent, plus bonus points for signing up, subscribing to the newsletter, and social media actions.
• Redeem points for discount coupons, starting from as little as 17 points for $5 off.
• As your total spending grows, you advance through tiers: Ordinary, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Supreme King.
• Higher tiers unlock better quarterly coupons, birthday discounts (up to 25%), dealer-level pricing, and free shipping coupons.
• Gold and Supreme King members earn double points and receive invitations to trial new products for free.

Yes. All SPELAB products carry a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and requires a valid proof of purchase. It excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and issues caused by improper installation or modification.

Orders over $300 qualify for a free gift, subject to stock availability. At checkout, enter your sitewide discount code alongside the free gift code in the Discount field. You can substitute the sitewide code with any higher exclusive discount code you have. During the Black Friday period, a separate free gift code applies to all orders regardless of spend level.

Yes, but only until 11:00 PM PDT on the same day the order was placed. This window covers order cancellations, address changes, and amendments. Once the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible and you'll need to follow the return and exchange process instead. Acting quickly on the day of purchase avoids return shipping costs.
