Cancellation timing determines your refund:

• Within 24 hours of booking (and 48+ hours before start): Full refund minus the service fee
• 15+ days before start: Full rental refund minus the service fee
• Under 15 days: Rental fees are non-refundable
• Last-minute reservations (under 24 hours to start): No refund

CFAR is an optional add-on available at checkout for US-based reservations booked more than 48 hours in advance. It lets you cancel up to the reservation start time for a full refund of rental and service fees, minus the CFAR fee. It's not available for last-minute bookings.

Delivery fees are set by each Quality Provider and vary by distance and location. Additional charges may apply for same-day delivery, after-hours drop-offs, and airport deliveries. The full fee is shown before you confirm your reservation. Choosing a provider with self-pickup and self-return can eliminate delivery costs entirely.

Yes. BabyQuip e-gift cards (available in denominations from $25 to $250) can be applied to US reservations alongside other eligible discounts, including long-stay automatic savings and referral credits. Gift cards cannot be used for reservations outside the United States.

The standard minimum rental period is 3 days. Some Quality Providers offer single-day rentals for specific situations such as party rentals. If you need a 1- or 2-day rental, contact your preferred Quality Provider directly to check availability before booking.
