TJ Maxx Promo Codes — 50% Off

TJ Maxx typically releases promotional codes around major shopping events, seasonal sales, and for email newsletter subscribers. The most reliable way to get codes is by signing up for their email list, which provides a free shipping code for new subscribers plus access to exclusive offers throughout the year.

Generally, TJ Maxx allows only one promo code per order. However, you can often combine a promo code with other savings like clearance prices, credit card discounts, or gift cards for maximum value.

Red tags indicate standard clearance items that are marked down from original prices. Yellow tags signal final clearance — the lowest possible price TJ Maxx will offer on those items. If you see a yellow tag on something you want, it's time to buy since the price won't go any lower.

The TJX Rewards Credit Card offers solid value for regular TJX shoppers. You get 10% off your first purchase, 5% back in rewards on all TJX purchases, and exclusive shopping invitations. If you shop at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods regularly, the rewards can add up quickly with no annual fee.

TJ Maxx offers free shipping in two ways: new email subscribers get a one-time free shipping code, and all customers get free shipping on orders of $89 or more. The email signup is the easiest way to save on shipping for your first order.

The deepest discounts happen during end-of-season clearance events in January and July, with savings up to 75% off. You'll also find great deals during back-to-school season, fall fashion sales, and around major holidays like Black Friday.

Yes, gift cards from Marshalls and HomeGoods work at TJ Maxx, and TJ Maxx gift cards work at other TJX stores. This flexibility lets you shop wherever you find the best deals across the entire TJX family of stores.

TJ Maxx doesn't offer traditional price matching with other retailers. However, if you find items with matching style numbers at different prices within the same TJ Maxx store, you can purchase at the lowest listed price.

The TJ Maxx app provides access to app-only deals and promotions, plus a price tracking feature that notifies you when saved items go on sale. You'll also get push notifications for flash sales and limited-time offers that aren't available to regular website users.

Yes, you may receive an additional 10-15% discount on items with minor damage that aren't already marked "As is." Simply ask an associate about the possibility — they have discretion to apply damage discounts for things like small scuffs or cosmetic imperfections.
