ToolsChest.com Promo Codes — 10% Off

Yes. First-time customers receive $5 off their first purchase. The discount applies to your initial order and is a straightforward way to reduce the cost of your first purchase on the site.

ToolsChest.com runs daily discounts of 30% to 70% off retail prices across its catalog. The clearance section can push savings to the higher end of that range. Today's Unbeatable Sale highlights one item per day at exceptional savings — stock is limited, so checking early is recommended.

Today's Unbeatable Sale is a daily promotion where one item — selected for its popularity and value — is offered at extraordinary savings. Items are available while supplies last and can sell out quickly. Checking the site early in the day gives you the best chance of securing the deal.

Yes, but only on items specifically marked as free shipping in the product listing. Free shipping applies to deliveries within the contiguous United States only. Items not marked for free shipping carry a weight-based delivery charge. Always check the product page before adding to your cart.

If you find the identical item in stock at a lower price on a non-auction competitor's site, ToolsChest.com will match that price. Conditions apply:

• The product must be an exact match and currently in stock at the competitor
• The competitor's item must not be listed as sale or clearance
• Cannot be combined with a coupon or other discount
• Auction sites are not eligible competitors

Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a money-back guarantee, provided you first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer in original packaging. Opened electronics, personal care items, and certain other categories are not eligible for return.

Refusing a delivery or returning an item without a Return Authorization number results in a 25% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping costs. Always contact customer service to obtain an RA number before sending anything back to avoid these charges.

The Earn Points Program lets registered users accumulate points through purchases, referrals, and promotional activities. Points can be redeemed on the site for savings on future orders. ToolsChest.com sets the redemption value and it may change. Points can expire after a period of inactivity, so redeem them regularly.

ToolsChest.com accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. No additional payment methods are currently listed. PayPal offers an extra layer of buyer protection if you prefer not to enter card details directly at checkout.

Inspect every delivery before signing the receipt. If damage is found, take the following steps:

2. Note visible damage (crushed, torn, or creased box) on the delivery receipt
3. Call customer service at (888) 657-8436 within 5 days of receipt to file a carrier claim
4. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved
