No. Balfour's pricing policy means official school rings are sold at a set price with no sales or promotions applied. A Balfour discount code can be used on other eligible categories such as graduation apparel, announcements, and accessories, but not on officially priced class rings.

Yes. Balfour lets you split your purchase into three installments at checkout. This option is available on high-ticket items like custom class rings and championship jewelry, making it easier to manage the cost without paying everything upfront at once.

Every Balfour high school class ring comes with automatic four-year protection against loss or theft. If your ring is lost or stolen, Balfour will replace it once during that period. To make a claim, submit your request within 45 days of the loss and include:

• Your Ring Loss Protection Plan/Warranty Card
• The original invoice
• A police report number (if applicable)

A replacement fee plus $19.95 shipping and handling applies. The plan excludes diamonds, genuine stones, and championship rings.

Yes. Balfour accepts trade-ins on eligible gold rings, including their own and other manufacturers' rings, toward the purchase of a new college graduation ring. The ring must carry a 10K, 14K, or 18K gold stamp. Trade-in credits are only available on in-person orders, not online purchases, and Balfour determines the credit value once the ring is received.

Yes. Overnight delivery is available on several product categories including college grad announcements, high school photo announcements, yearbooks, and college graduation products. However, overnight delivery is not available to P.O. boxes. You must provide a formal street address at checkout to qualify.

You have a three-business-day window from your order date to make changes at no extra cost. After that window closes, change and remake fees apply. Cancellations made after three business days result in deposit forfeiture. Review all custom specifications carefully before confirming your order to avoid additional charges.
