Yes, within the first 14 days of a new membership or trial. If you cancel during that window, Travelzoo refunds the full amount paid. After 14 days, the fee is non-refundable, but your membership remains active until the end of the 12-month term. Renewals are generally not eligible for refunds.

Yes. First-time Club Members can try Travelzoo for 30 days for $1. This gives full access to Club Offers during the trial period. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the membership converts to the full annual plan at $50/year.

Invitation codes are entered during the membership sign-up process on travelzoo.com. Look for the invitation code field on the sign-up page before completing your purchase. For individual travel deals, discounts are pre-negotiated, so no separate code entry is needed at the travel provider's checkout.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through My Account on the Travelzoo website, or by contacting Member Services directly. Canceling stops future charges but does not end your current membership early: you keep full access until the end of your 12-month term. Email service_us@travelzoo.com for U.S. members.

Yes. Travelzoo allows one membership account per family or household to be used to purchase Club Offers. This means multiple family members can benefit from a single $50/year subscription, making the annual cost even easier to justify across a household.

The Top 20® newsletter is Travelzoo's weekly curated list of the best travel deals of the week. Club Members receive first access before it's released more broadly. It covers flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and entertainment, all vetted and negotiated by Travelzoo's deal experts.

Yes. The Travelzoo app is available for download and gives you access to deals on vacations, hotels, restaurants, spas, and more directly from your smartphone. It's a convenient way to browse the latest Club Offers and entertainment deals without needing to visit the desktop site.

Travelzoo's primary offer for new members is the $1 for 30 days trial, which is applied automatically at sign-up for eligible first-time Club Members. If you have a special invitation code, you can enter it during the sign-up process. Each person is typically eligible for one promotional rate offer.
