Troy-Bilt Promo Codes — Up to 64% Off

Free shipping kicks in automatically on parts orders of $45 or more. For smaller orders, you'll pay $4.99 to $8.99 depending on your total, so it often makes sense to bundle your parts purchases to hit that free shipping threshold.

Troy-Bilt's Right Part Pledge has you covered. If you purchase the wrong part, they'll help identify the correct one and initiate a free exchange. Some exclusions apply, but it takes the risk out of ordering parts online.

You have 14 days after delivery to return new, unused equipment. You'll need to call 1-800-828-5500 to get a return authorization, and you're responsible for return shipping charges. Equipment with fuel in the system is considered used and can't be returned.

Yes, orders placed before 3 PM ship the same day. Standard shipping averages 3-5 business days, and expedited options are available for additional charges if you need parts faster.

Troy-Bilt can't ship to PO Boxes, FPO's, or APO's. Online orders also can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Guam. Shipments only go out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Equipment delivery uses LTL freight with costs based on your order total: $39 for orders under $500, $79 for $500-$999, $109 for $1,000-$1,999, and $129 for orders $2,000 or more. Some oversized items have an additional $129 surcharge.

Troy-Bilt allows one coupon code per order, but you can stack it with sale items and their automatic free shipping offers. Make sure to check that your code applies to the items in your cart before completing checkout.

Their current seasonal sale includes outdoor power equipment like snow blowers, chainsaws, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, tillers, and edgers. Discounts range from around 30% to 65% off select items, with particularly good deals on maintenance parts and accessories.

Online financing is temporarily unavailable and won't return until early 2026. If you need financing options, you might want to check with local Troy-Bilt dealers to see what in-store financing they offer.

Returns are still accepted up to one year from delivery, but you'll pay a processing fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price for anything returned after 90 days. Parts must be new and unused – used parts, batteries, and fluids aren't returnable.
