Yes. New customers who sign up for the Trtl email or SMS list receive 15% off their first order. The unique code is delivered via email and/or SMS and must be applied at checkout. It's not valid on bundles, clearance items, licensed products, collaboration products, personalization fees, or gift cards, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Add eligible items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Enter your code in the discount code field and click Apply. Confirm the saving appears in your order total before completing payment. Codes don't work on bundles, clearance, licensed, or collaboration items, and cannot be stacked with other offers.

Trtl has four bundles, with the Double Comfort Bundle and Snooze Bundle both at 30% off. The Chris Burkard x Trtl Bundle and All Aboard Bundle are also available. Bundle prices already reflect the discount. Additional promo codes and the new-subscriber welcome offer cannot be applied on top.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders with no minimum spend required. Delivery takes 3 to 8 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 3pm CST on weekdays are typically dispatched within one business day. Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.

Priority shipping (2 to 5 business days) is free when your order totals $80 or more. Below that threshold, it costs $14.99. Standard shipping remains free regardless of order value, so free priority delivery is the upgrade you unlock by reaching the $80 spend level.

Trtl offers a 100-day money-back guarantee on pillows and accessories. U.S. returns are free. Contact the team via the website form and they'll send a prepaid return label. Hoodies and preorder items have a 30-day return window. Personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Once your return reaches Trtl's warehouse and is inspected, refunds are processed within 30 days. The amount is then credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If you paid with a gift card, the refund goes back to that gift card.
