Yes. Baskin-Robbins Rewards has no membership fees. Sign up through the BR App or at BaskinRobbins.com. You earn one visit credit for every transaction of $1 or more at participating locations, which accumulates into personalized rewards and discounts over time.

Join for free by creating a Baskin-Robbins account, adding your birthday, and opting in to email communications. Around your birthday, you'll receive a coupon for a free product or discount at participating U.S. locations. You can add up to five family members to your account so the primary holder receives birthday coupons for everyone.

Yes. You can combine up to three rewards and offers per transaction. However, only one promotional offer is allowed per transaction, and only one discount applies per item. Select your rewards in the BR App before checkout, or present your QR code in-shop. Unused reward value is forfeited and not refunded.

Yes. Baskin-Robbins partners with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub for delivery. Most menu items are available, though cakes are excluded and whipped cream is omitted to preserve quality. Fees are shown before checkout on each platform. Note that BR App rewards and coupons cannot be redeemed on delivery orders.

No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards have no expiration date and no management fees. They're available in denominations from $2 to $100 and are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' U.S. locations. You can register a physical card in the BR App to track the balance digitally. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Yes. The BR App (free on iOS and Android) surfaces location-specific and purchase-history-based offers that aren't available to non-app users. These deals change over time and vary by location. Always log in before ordering — guest checkout won't earn visit credits or apply loyalty points automatically.

Open DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, or Grubhub (either the app or the website), enter your delivery address, and the nearest participating Baskin-Robbins location will appear. Availability varies by area, and not all locations participate in delivery through every platform.

No. BR App rewards, store coupons, and Baskin-Robbins Rewards offers cannot be redeemed on delivery orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, or Grubhub. However, those platforms occasionally run their own limited-time promotions, so check the delivery app you're using for any active deals before placing your order.
