Generally, no — YouMail subscriptions are non-refundable. The exception is a risk-free guarantee offered on certain plans for first-time subscribers who purchase directly on the YouMail website (not via an iOS or Android app store) and have not ported a phone number in or out.

Existing users earn 6 YouMail Credits ($6 value) per successful referral. Credits redeem at $1 each toward paid plan purchases at regular prices, expire after 12 months, and cannot be combined with discounted pricing unless the specific offer allows it. Referral bounties are capped at 25 per month.
