Blinds Express — frequently asked
Does Blinds Express offer promo codes for additional savings?
Yes, Blinds Express provides promo codes through their newsletter and seasonal promotions. Newsletter subscribers get exclusive access to discount opportunities and early sale notifications. Veterans receive a special 5% off for Quick Ship products.
What's included in the free cordless upgrade offer?
Free cordless upgrades apply to most Blindsexpress brand blinds, BALI products, and select other manufacturers. This safety feature eliminates dangling cords and typically saves $15-30 per window depending on size.
How much can I save with the current Levolor promotion?
The extended Levolor sale offers 45% off their entire collection of wood blinds, faux wood blinds, and cellular shades. On a typical $60-80 window, this saves $25-35 per window.
Does Blinds Express offer free shipping on all orders?
Free shipping applies to most orders, with exceptions for Norm brand products and freight-sized items over 80 inches. Alaska and Hawaii deliveries include surcharges, but fees are displayed before checkout completion.
What's the bulk order discount for multiple windows?
Orders of 10 or more items automatically receive a 2% discount. Large projects may also qualify for contract quotes from manufacturers, potentially unlocking additional savings beyond the standard discount.
How many free swatches can I request before ordering?
You can order up to 10 free swatches through their online shopping cart with free shipping on sample orders. This helps avoid costly color mistakes on custom products that can't be returned.
Does Blinds Express match competitors' prices?
Yes, they offer price matching on identical products found on other online retailers. Contact customer service by phone or online form to request a match. Some holiday promotions may be excluded.
What's the return policy for custom window treatments?
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged except for warranty repairs or manufacturing defects. Photos or videos may be required to document quality issues for potential remake or credit.

- Most custom products: 2-3 weeks from order to delivery
- Quick Ship products: 5-7 business days
- Woven Woods: 3-4 weeks
- Shutters: 4-10 weeks depending on collection
