Yes. CanvasHQ provides free FedEx Ground shipping on every order to addresses in the continental U.S., with no minimum spend and no code required. Your package typically arrives within four days of leaving the facility. Faster options like 2nd-day air and overnight express are available as paid upgrades.

The most effective approach is to apply an active promo code at checkout, which can take up to 25% off your order. Free FedEx Ground shipping already applies to every order automatically, so any code you use is a straight saving on the canvas price itself. Signing up for the CanvasHQ email list can also surface exclusive first-time customer codes.

Enter your code in the promo code field at checkout before completing payment. The discount will appear in your order summary. Note that CanvasHQ allows only one promo code per order, so codes cannot be stacked or combined.

1. Add your canvas to the cart and go to checkout.
2. Find the promo code field and enter your code exactly as shown.
3. Click apply and confirm the discount updates your total.
4. Complete payment with a credit card or PayPal.

CanvasHQ offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with your canvas when it arrives, contact the team within 30 days to request either a full refund or a free remake. Production takes approximately seven days after you approve your digital proof. Proofs are typically emailed within one to two business days of ordering. After approval, canvases usually ship within three to four business days. Choosing 2nd-day air or overnight express can speed up delivery once the item ships, but production time remains the same.
