ChessHouse.com Promo Codes — 50% Off

It's easier than a four-move checkmate. Here's how:

1. Add your items to your cart and head to the checkout page.
2. Find the "Apply Coupon" field — it appears on the checkout page, not the cart page.
3. Enter your code exactly as shown and click apply. The discount appears immediately below your order total.
4. If the code doesn't apply, check that your order meets the minimum spend for that tier.
5. Codes can't be combined — choose the one that saves you the most for your order size.

Orders of $75 or more ship free via standard delivery to the continental U.S. (48 states). Below that, economy shipping starts at $7.95. If you're just under the threshold, adding a low-cost item to cross it often costs less than the shipping fee itself. International shipping is also available — see FAQ 7 for details.

Yes — and they're genuinely good ones. Over 30 free gifts are available across eight spend tiers starting at $10, with no coupon needed. Gifts range from chess pins and scorebooks at lower tiers to an Epic Flex Chess Board at $200+ and French Series Acacia wood pieces at $500+. A How to Play Guide is included with every order, no matter the size.

ChessHouse.com offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee with no restocking fees. If you change your mind for any reason, you have a full 90 days from your purchase date to initiate a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the fault is Chess House's or the carrier's. Refunds are processed after the item is received back at the warehouse.

Absolutely — especially if you're in the market for a Millennium chess computer. Warehouse Deals include open box and imperfect items at significant discounts, with savings currently ranging from $5 to $300 off. Each listing explains the reason for the discount (box damage, refurbished return, or cosmetic imperfection), so you know exactly what to expect before buying. No surprises, just savings.

Yes — these two perks play nicely together. Coupon codes and the free gift program are completely separate, so applying a discount code at checkout doesn't affect your free gift eligibility. Your gift tier is based on your pre-shipping order total, meaning both benefits can apply to the same order.

Yes. ChessHouse.com offers a Best Price Guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, contact the store before purchasing. Details on how to submit a price match request are available on the shopping page at chesshouse.com. It's always worth asking — the worst they can say is no.

Yes — and this is one of those underrated perks that makes a real difference. ChessHouse.com runs a replacement parts program for sets purchased through the store, even years after the original purchase. The team can identify and source individual replacement pieces, so a lost or broken king doesn't mean replacing the entire chess set. Your set is never a write-off.
