The program is free to join for anyone 18 or older. You earn 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying City Cruises purchases, and every 10 points converts to $1 off a future booking. It allows you to reschedule or cancel your cruise up to 2 hours before departure for a full refund, minus the non-refundable Ticket Assurance cost. Without it, cruises can only be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance and are non-refundable. It's not available on holiday, specialty, or partnership cruises.
