Credit costs shift depending on the activity, location and how in-demand it is. Don't worry, you'll always see the exact credit cost before you hit book.

No stress — if you're on a paid plan, you can top up any time. Just pop into the "Add credits" tab in the app and keep your routine going.

Good news: on a paid membership, unused credits roll over. You can carry over up to the number of credits in next month's plan — so if next month's plan is 19 credits, up to 19 can roll with you, landing in your account within 48 hours of renewal. Anything above that cap expires at month's end, and if you cancel, leftover credits go too. On a free trial, credits are only good until the trial wraps up.

Every booking shows its cancellation window upfront (usually 12 hours). Cancel within that window and you're in the clear — no charge, and your credits land straight back in your account. Cancel late, and a late cancellation fee applies.

Life happens, but a no-show still comes with a catch. Miss a booking without cancelling and you'll get your credits back, though a missed reservation fee will apply.
