Cosmo discount codes can vary by eligibility — some apply only to specific tiers or new subscribers. Enter your code in the promo code field at checkout and confirm the discount appears before completing payment. Check current verified offers on Groupon if a code shows as expired or invalid.

Gift subscriptions cost $29.99 for one year and don't auto-renew. You can schedule the delivery email and add a personal message. The subscription doesn't start until the recipient redeems it, and the gift remains valid for up to one year from purchase if unredeemed.

Yes, but only within 14 days of purchase and only if the recipient hasn't redeemed it yet. After that window — or once the gift is redeemed — it becomes non-refundable. Standard (non-gift) subscriptions are also non-refundable but can be canceled at any time.

Annual plans (Print + Digital and Premium) are available to US and Canada residents only. The monthly digital-only option at $4/month is open to anyone with a US-currency-based credit card, regardless of location. Physical perks like the Birchbox and cap are US-only.

Your first print issue typically arrives within 4 to 8 weeks of subscribing, depending on where you are in the publication cycle. Cosmo publishes four issues per year. The digital edition is available immediately via the Cosmo app, ahead of print delivery.

Cosmopolitan accepts:

• Standard subscriptions: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amazon Pay
• Gift subscriptions: All of the above plus PayPal

All payments must be made in US currency. Annual plans require a US or Canada billing address.
