Creation Watches Promo Codes — Up to 30% Off

Yes. Creation Watches ships to all major international destinations including the US, Australia, and Europe. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free FedEx Express Priority (2 to 4 days), free Aramex Economy Express (7 to 14 days), or free Registered Airmail (3 to 4 weeks). All options include insurance and pre-paid duties and taxes, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

Add your watch to the cart, then proceed to checkout and locate the promo code field on the order summary page. Enter your code exactly as shown, click Apply, and confirm the discount appears before completing payment. Note that category-specific codes (such as those for clearance or Special Deals) only apply to the relevant product sections.

Most watches carry a 30-day return window from the date received. Items must be in original working condition with all original packaging. Ratio Watches have an extended 60-day return window. To start a return, email support@creationwatches.com with the subject "Return Requested" and your order number. You'll receive an RMA number within 12 hours, and refunds are issued within 24 hours of the watch arriving back.

Creation Watches provides a Two-year International Warranty or the manufacturer's warranty, depending on the brand. It covers manufacturing defects in the internal mechanism. Brands including Oris, Tag Heuer, Longines, and Sevenfriday come with Creation Watches' own in-house warranty when pre-registered. The warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, normal wear, or battery issues, and third-party repairs void coverage.

Subscribe to the Creation Watches newsletter before placing your first order. A flat 5% discount is applied to that initial purchase automatically after you sign up. This offer is available to new subscribers and is one of the simplest ways to reduce your first order total without needing to wait for a sale.

Yes. Creation Watches offers a Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find the same watch at a lower total price elsewhere, email support@creationwatches.com before purchasing and the team will do their best to beat that price. When comparing, factor in shipping and import duties. Creation Watches pre-pays both, so always compare total landed cost rather than the watch price alone.

Creation Watches processes all payments through PayPal or Braintree (a PayPal-owned company), both of which accept all major credit cards. Both methods are fully secure, so you're covered regardless of your preferred card provider.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of successful payment. Each watch is packed in its original watch box, which is then placed inside a reinforced cardboard outer box with impact-proof bubble wrap for protection in transit. FedEx Express Priority delivers in 2 to 4 business days for orders over $100, making the total time from order to door around 3 to 6 business days in most cases.
