Yes, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you receive a full refund as Booking Credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup only refund the Full Coverage cost as credit. Bookings made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

If you find an identical booking cheaper on another site within 24 hours of completing your reservation, submit a claim via the Help Center with:

• Your reservation number
• Pick-up and drop-off dates and times
• A link to the cheaper offer and the name of the other car rental broker
• A screenshot that includes the date, car type, and rate

If verified, you receive the price difference as Booking Credit. Strict matching conditions apply.

Yes, with conditions. You can request a cash reimbursement of the original amount paid (excluding any bonus credit) up to one year after receiving the Booking Credit. Bonus credits added on top of the original payment are not eligible for cash refund. Submit the request via the Help Center.

Add Full Coverage during the booking process on the payment page. It covers the CDW and Theft Protection deductible and is typically cheaper than purchasing excess cover at the rental desk. Full Coverage can be cancelled for a Booking Credit refund up until your pickup time, even if the main booking is non-refundable.
