Doheny’s Promo Codes — 10% Off

Enter your Doheny's coupon code in the promotional code field inside the shopping cart — not at the final payment screen. Here's how it works:

1. Add items to your cart and review your order.
2. Find the promotional code field in the shopping cart.
3. Type the code exactly as shown and apply it.
4. Confirm the discount appears in your subtotal before proceeding.

Codes are limited to one use per order and won't apply during site-wide sales where prices are already reduced.

Yes. Doheny's provides free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 carry a flat $9.99 shipping fee. Standard delivery arrives within five business days, with no extra charge for Saturday delivery when available.

Free next-day delivery is available on qualifying Doheny's brand products for orders over $50, placed by 3:00 PM local time (2:30 PM in Texas). Items ship from the nearest warehouse. Look for the Next Day Delivery designation on the product page — not all products or regions qualify.

If you find a lower total delivered price at a licensed, authorized pool supply retailer or catalog within 30 days of your purchase, Doheny's will refund the difference. Contact the Customer Care Team by phone or email with the lower price for verification. Auctions are excluded.

Several brands are excluded from promotional discounts due to MAP (Manufacturer Approved Pricing) agreements. These include:

• Hayward
• Dolphin
• Pool Frog, King Tech, Spa Frog
• Revive, Leisure Time, API, Global, Little Giant

Doheny's own-brand products are generally eligible for promo codes and discounts.

No. Clearance and Discounted Return items are non-returnable at Doheny's. Before purchasing clearance products, review the product details carefully. Standard returns apply to new, unused items bought outside the clearance section, within the 30-day return window.

New email subscribers receive $10 off a qualifying order of $100 or more. Sign up for the Doheny's newsletter before placing your first order to receive the discount code. Note that promo codes cannot be stacked, so choose the offer that saves you the most.

Doheny's accepts a wide range of payment options depending on how you order:

• Online: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards
• Phone: Credit and debit cards
• Mail: Credit/debit card, check, or money order

Doheny's does not offer payment plans. Restrictions apply to gift cards and prepaid cards.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Allow up to 5–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account. Items must be returned within 30 days in new, unused, unopened condition to qualify for a full refund.

It depends on the condition of the item you're returning:

• No restocking fee — items returned within 30 days in brand-new, unopened condition
• 20% restocking fee — items returned within 30 days that are not in pristine, unopened condition
• 40% restocking fee — winter covers that have been placed on a pool
