Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders of $175 or more (before tax) to the contiguous US. Orders under $175 incur a $15 standard shipping fee. Expedited and priority shipping are available at additional cost regardless of order total.

Add items to your cart, then look for the Promo Code field on the cart or checkout page. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will appear in your order summary. Codes cannot be used on clearance items, gift cards, or in combination with other offers.

American Tourister accepts returns within 90 days of the original ship date. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging. A pre-paid return label is provided; a return shipping fee of $11.99 for travel items or $7.99 for non-travel items is deducted from your refund.

No. American Tourister does not accept exchanges. To get a different size, color, or style, return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately. Returns must be unused and in original condition within the 90-day window.

Allow 14 business days for the return to be processed after it reaches the warehouse. The credit then takes 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

No. American Tourister does not offer price or promotion matching. If you find a lower price elsewhere, the best option is to check the clearance section, where many current styles are discounted up to 54% off the original price.

American Tourister accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All credit card transactions are protected with SSL encryption. Orders cannot be modified after submission due to fast processing times.

No. Clearance items are excluded from all promotional codes and discount offers. The clearance section already reflects up to 54% off the original price, so the savings are built into the listed price without needing a code.

The current flash sale applies to the 4 Kix 3.0, Stratum 3.0, and Moonlight II collections, with up to 40% off. Excluded categories include Accessories, My AT, Kids Luggage, FastForward, and Kontour. No promo code is needed: prices are already marked down.
