Big Bus Tours Promo Codes — 26% Off

Book online in advance rather than buying at a street kiosk. Online prices are lower across most ticket types. Choosing a multi-day pass like the 48-hour Essential Ticket also gives you a lower cost-per-day than purchasing separate 24-hour passes. Signing up for the newsletter puts you first in line for exclusive offers and seasonal promotions.

Yes. Children aged 2 and under travel free, with no ticket needed. Passengers aged 3 to 12 must have a child ticket, priced below the adult fare. All passengers under 15 must be accompanied by someone aged 15 or older at all times. For the Big Duck Tour, a maximum of 3 children may travel per accompanying adult.

Yes. Enter your code in the discount code field on the checkout page before completing payment. Codes are case-sensitive, so type them exactly as shown. Note that many big bus tours promo code offers are city-specific. A code valid for New York may not apply to London or Dubai, so check the terms before booking.

The countdown begins the moment you activate your ticket in the Big Bus Tours app, not when you purchase it. Activate on the morning of your first touring day to get the full 24, 48, or 72 hours. Once activated, tickets cannot be paused, transferred, extended, or refunded, so timing your activation matters.

It depends on your ticket type. Here's a quick breakdown:

• Fully flexible tickets: Free date and time changes with no penalty.
• Standard tickets: Date changes may incur a fee.
• Night Tour tickets: Locked to the specific date and time selected at booking. Not transferable or refundable.
• Big Duck Tour tickets: Contact the operator at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, subject to availability. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Check your ticket type at the time of purchase to confirm the flexibility terms that apply to you.

Yes. Groups of 20 or more qualify for dedicated group pricing. To request a quote for New York, send an inquiry to groupsny@bigbustours.com with your group size and preferred travel dates. Group rates can offer meaningful savings compared to booking individual tickets separately.

New York routes include two main loops, each covering a distinct part of the city:

• Downtown Loop: Times Square, the Empire State Building, Flatiron District, SoHo, Chinatown, Little Italy, Brooklyn Bridge, and Wall Street. Included in all passes.
• Uptown Loop: Central Park, Museum Mile, Rockefeller Center, and Upper Manhattan neighborhoods. Requires an Essential Ticket or above.

If you want to cover both loops, the 48-hour Essential Ticket is the most cost-effective way to do it.

Yes. Big Bus Tours has a partnership with a luggage storage service at lughero.com/bb42. When you book ahead and pay online, you can unlock your first hour of storage free. This is particularly useful if you're exploring the city before hotel check-in or after check-out.

Big Bus Tours New York runs every day of the year except two: Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve (December 31). On all other dates, the service operates normally across both the Downtown and Uptown Loops. If your trip falls around either of those dates, plan your touring day accordingly.

If Big Bus Tours is unable to provide the service during your ticket's validity period due to circumstances within its control, you're entitled to a full or partial refund. Submit your request in writing to info@bigbustours.com and attach your ticket. If you bought through a third-party agent, contact that agent directly. Big Bus Tours cannot process those refunds on their behalf.
