CarmelLimo.com Promo Codes — $25 Off

You're automatically enrolled in Carmel Points when you create a website account or download their app. Points are earned on the Base Fare (excluding tips, tolls, gratuity) at rates from 1-6 points per dollar spent, depending on your trip cost.

Carmel Points can take up to 8 weeks to post to your account after trip completion. Points convert to Carmel Car Cash that can be used to pay for future rides through their booking system.

The $36 bonus is distributed as six separate $6 discounts that work on various trip types, including airport transfers and rides over $66. The credits are valid for 180 days from when they're issued to your account.

Yes, you can cancel without charges in these situations:

• Within 6 minutes of booking: Never charged, regardless of pickup location
• NYC pickups: Cancel up to 21 minutes before pickup time
• Outside NYC: Cancel up to 51 minutes before pickup time

Any trip with a fare over $160 automatically receives $25 off — no code required. The discount appears when your fare crosses the threshold and applies to longer airport runs, city-to-city travel, or extended hourly bookings.

At the review page stage of booking, check the box for "I am using a coupon" or "I am using a digital discount." Carmel will then provide specific validation instructions to complete your discount application.

No charge for luggage that fits in the trunk. However, if luggage doesn't fit in the trunk and must be placed inside the vehicle, there's a $10 surcharge per trip.

Carmel provides a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled pickup time at no charge. If you're more than 15 minutes late, waiting time charges apply based on a pro-rated hourly rate that varies by vehicle class.

Yes, use the pre-paid option during booking. Enter your credit card information and select "All Inclusive" to pre-pay for your guest's ride, eliminating the need for them to handle payment.

When someone uses your referral code to download the app and complete their first trip, you receive $6 in Car Cash. The referred friend gets the full $36 new user bonus automatically.
