Carol Wright occasionally runs limited-time free shipping promotions, but standard shipping is not free. Shipping starts at $9.99 for orders up to $40, with a $1.99 per-order surcharge also applied. Consolidating items into one order reduces your overall shipping cost per item.

It's a multi-buy discount that saves you $2–$3 per item automatically when you add qualifying quantities to your cart. Over 27 products participate. For example, buying 3+ Sweetheart Neck Loungers saves $3 each, and buying 2+ Button-Front Terry Rompers saves $3 each. No code required.

Most items can be returned within 60 days of receipt. When you return, you can choose from:

• A refund of the merchandise amount
• An account credit
• A replacement

Original shipping charges are not refunded. Wigs carry a 20% restocking fee and must be unaltered. Allow 2–4 weeks for your return credit to appear after processing.

It's Carol Wright's buy now, pay later credit account. Approved customers can spread payments over monthly installments starting at $10 per month. A down payment may be required. Your first billing statement is sent within five days of your order shipping, with the same due date each month after that.

Two faster delivery options are available for in-stock items shipped within the Continental U.S.:

• Express Delivery — add $17.95 for arrival in 1–2 business days

Orders over 30 lbs. and some oversized items do not qualify for either option.
