Yes. There's currently a 10% off discount on all graduation gifts with no minimum purchase required. Enter the code at checkout on the Cookies by Design website. It excludes custom corporate orders and logo cookies, and won't apply if you arrive via an affiliate link.

Check these four things in order:

1. Confirm the code hasn't expired.
2. Check whether a minimum purchase threshold applies.
3. Verify the offer isn't in-store only.
4. Clear your browser history and navigate directly to the site. Codes don't work when you arrive via an affiliate referral link.

No. Cookies by Design allows one promo code per order. Codes cannot be stacked. If you have multiple codes available, apply the one that saves you the most before completing checkout.

There are four options available:

• Hand Delivery — in select areas, with email confirmation upon arrival
• UPS Ground Shipping — nationwide, Monday through Friday, no guaranteed date
• UPS Overnight Shipping — 92%+ on-time rate, guaranteed by UPS
• Pick Up — free from a local Cookies by Design shop

Free shipping is not a standard ongoing policy. It's occasionally offered through seasonal promotional codes tied to holiday sales events. Check the homepage and the CookiEmail newsletter for any active free delivery offers before placing your order.

Cookies by Design offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee but does not accept returns on perishable cookie items. If your order has a quality, freshness, or presentation issue, contact customer service by phone or email (Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm CST) and they'll resolve it.

No dedicated military or senior discount is currently available. Cookies by Design encourages all shoppers to use the rotating promotional codes and special offers listed on the homepage and through the CookiEmail newsletter subscription, which are open to everyone.

Cancellations are not accepted within five days of the scheduled delivery or shipping date, and full payment is required if production has already begun. To cancel or amend an order safely, contact customer service more than five days before the delivery date.

Browse the Gifts Under $35 and Gifts Under $55 sections on the site. Entry-level products start from $12.99, Cookie Baskets begin at $39.99, and one-dozen Gourmet Cookies are $29.99, making them solid options when you want something thoughtful at a lower price point.
