2. Proceed to checkout and complete your shipping information.
3. On the payment page, find the "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field, displayed just above the order summary.
4. Type or paste your code exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive) and click Apply.
5. Confirm the discount appears in your order total before completing payment.

Codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Subscribers receive free shipping on recurring orders over $149. Several boxes — including the Wagyu Delight and Surf and Turf Taste boxes — ship free regardless of order size. Non-subscribers should plan orders to reach the $149 threshold to qualify.

Every purchase earns Moolah! points automatically — no sign-up required. Here's how the earning and redemption tiers break down:

• Non-subscribers earn 1 point per $1 spent
• Subscribers earn 2 points per $1 spent
• 500 points: $10 off, or items worth up to $32
• 1,000 points: $25 off, or items worth up to $52
• 2,000 points: $50 off, or items worth up to $116

Points expire after 6 months if unused, so it's worth keeping an eye on your balance.

Yes. Earning and redeeming Moolah! points can be combined with eligible promotional codes. However, most promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes. Check the specific terms of each offer at checkout to confirm stackability.

If Crowd Cow reimburses you for a quality issue, your Moolah! points on that order are kept — they are not clawed back. Replacement orders, however, do not earn new points. Points earned on the original order remain in your account.

No. Crowd Cow gift cards have no expiration date and no service fees. Recipients can use the balance on any eligible product, for a one-time order or a subscription. The balance is applied as an account credit and is not redeemable for cash.

Crowd Cow does not offer exchanges on perishable food items. If you're dissatisfied with a delivery, contact moo@crowdcow.com as soon as possible. A full or partial credit or refund may be issued. Photo documentation of the issue may be required before a resolution is provided.

No. All orders can be placed as one-time purchases with no subscription or membership required. Subscribing is optional and carries no membership fee — it simply activates benefits like free shipping over $149 and double Moolah! points on recurring orders.
