Download the Dunkin' app or visit DunkinDonuts.com and create a free account. Once enrolled, you'll start earning 10 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases immediately. Sign in before every order (in-store, via mobile ordering, or drive-thru) to make sure your points are captured.

You need 600 points to redeem a free any-size hot or iced Coffee or Tea through Dunkin' Rewards. At 10 points per $1 spent, that's $60 in qualifying purchases. Specialty drinks like Cold Brew, Shakin' Espresso, and the Dunkalatte require 950 points.

Boosted Status raises your earning rate from 10 to 12 points per $1 spent (a 20% bonus) for three full months. To earn it, make 12 qualifying visits in a single calendar month. Each visit must be at least 60 minutes apart and include a points-eligible purchase. Redeeming a free reward does not count toward your visit total.

Yes. Dunkin' Rewards points expire 12 months from the last day of the month in which they were earned. Once you convert points into a reward, that reward is valid for 30 days from the conversion date. Keeping your account active with regular purchases is the best way to protect your balance.

Yes. You can redeem multiple converted rewards in a single transaction. However, rewards cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers. After your visit, find the survey invitation on your receipt and complete the guest satisfaction survey. You'll receive a coupon code valid for one free classic donut with the purchase of any medium or larger Dunkin' beverage. Present the code in-store within 14 days of issue. It's not valid on mobile app orders.

No. Dunkin' Cards carry no service fees and no expiration date. They're accepted at participating US Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins locations in-store and through the app. Register your card to your Dunkin' Rewards account right away, as this protects your balance if the card is ever lost or stolen.

No. Delivery orders are currently not eligible to earn points or redeem rewards. Points apply to qualifying in-store purchases and mobile orders placed through the Dunkin' app for drive-thru, curbside, or in-store pickup, as long as you're signed in to your Rewards account when ordering.

The best place to find Dunkin' Donuts coupons and offers is the Offers tab in the Dunkin' app, where deals are served based on your location and order history. Enable location permissions and push notifications to see everything available to you.
