Electronic Whiteboards Warehouse Promo Codes —

Yes — Electronic Whiteboards Warehouse discount codes do appear from time to time. That said, many of the best savings are already built into current sale prices, with no code required. Discounts of $1,000 or more off regular pricing are available right now across multiple displays.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Each return is evaluated individually, so contacting the sales team first is the right move.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. There's no flat rate or free shipping threshold. For large interactive displays, the exact cost appears once you enter your delivery details.

Yes, in a couple of ways. Many education-focused displays — like the BenQ RP6503 and BenQ RE9801 — are already significantly discounted. Additionally, tax-exempt organizations can submit a tax-exempt form with a purchase order to avoid sales tax, which adds meaningful savings on high-value purchases.

Electronic Whiteboards Warehouse accepts purchase orders, which makes it straightforward for schools, businesses, and government agencies to buy through their standard procurement channels. Additional payment options are available at checkout.

Electronic Whiteboards Warehouse doesn't run a loyalty or rewards program at the moment. The best ongoing value comes from current sale pricing — many displays are marked down by thousands of dollars — plus the free GURU training and Live Demo service included with purchases.

Yes — Electronic Whiteboards Warehouse offers free online Live Demos so you can see interactive displays performing in real conditions before committing. It's a genuinely useful step for large purchases, and it costs nothing to book.

Educators get unlimited free training from the GURU support team after purchase. This covers features like annotation tools and multitasking on interactive screens. It's included at no extra cost — which is worth factoring in when comparing total value against other suppliers.

There's no referral program at Electronic Whiteboards Warehouse. If you're buying for a school or organization, the most impactful move is combining the already-discounted sale prices with a tax-exempt purchase order — that pairing can shave thousands off the total without needing any special code or referral.
