Run through these checks before giving up:

• Make sure you've met any minimum order requirement.

• Confirm the code hasn't expired.

• Verify the code applies to the items in your cart.

• Check whether a discount is already active on your order. Fuel Meals typically allows one code per order, so a second code won't apply if a promotion is already in place.

No. Fuel Meals applies one discount code per order. If you already have a promotion active on your cart, an additional Fuel Meals offer code won't be accepted on the same transaction.

Fuel Meals doesn't currently run a student discount program. Your best route as a student is the 40% off first order deal through the Discounted Meals Plan, plus free shipping when you order 10 or more meals.

You sign up for a weekly meal plan with a two-week minimum commitment. Subscribers get free shipping on every order. To cancel or skip a week, you must do so before your billing date. Changes made after that point won't affect the current charge.

Here's what to do and what to expect:

• Take a photo of the damaged meals and submit it as proof.

• Fuel Meals will either replace the affected meals on your next order or issue a coupon for the monetary value.

• For packages spoiled in transit for 3 or more days, you can receive a free resend or a coupon for the full transaction price.

Your very first order is the best time. The 40% off Discounted Meals Plan is the largest saving Fuel Meals offers. After that, subscribing locks in free shipping on every delivery, and building up credits through the rewards program keeps your per-meal cost trending down.
