For US orders, standard return rules apply to collaboration styles: unworn, with tags, within 30 days. However, Canadian orders cannot return collaboration products at all. Custom products are final sale regardless of where you purchase. Check terms before buying a limited-edition style.

Havaianas are stocked at major authorized US retailers. Shopping through authorized sellers keeps your 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee intact. Purchasing from unauthorized sellers removes all buyer protections, including the right to return or claim a replacement under the Guarantee.
