H&M Promo Codes — Up to 40% Off

H&M's free membership program includes a welcome offer for new members. Sign up for the H&M Membership to access Exclusive Member Prices and other member-only benefits from your first order. Check the membership page on hm.com for the current welcome offer details, as these can vary.

At checkout on hm.com, go to the Payment section and enter your H&M discount code in the designated field. For Bonus Vouchers from your membership, you can apply them online or activate them in store. Once you select "Use in Store," you have 15 minutes to complete the purchase before the voucher expires.

Yes. Students get 10% off full-price items online by verifying their enrollment through Student Beans. The discount is US-only, cannot be combined with other active promotions, and doesn't apply to gift cards or shipping. It can, however, be stacked with one H&M Member bonus reward if you're already a member.

The H&M Membership is free to join for anyone 16 or older. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and every 250 points converts to a $5 reward (issued 30 days after reaching the threshold). Reach 500 points in a membership year to unlock Plus status, which adds early access to drops, exclusive experiences, and special offers.

Yes. H&M Members get free standard shipping on orders over $50. If your order is under that amount, you can use the Ship to Store option, which is always free regardless of order size. Simply buy online and collect your order at your nearest H&M store.

H&M accepts returns within 30 days for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition. Here's how the process works depending on how you return:

• Online returns: Log in to the Returns Portal, select the items you want to send back, and choose your preferred return method. You can combine multiple orders into one package; just register each order separately.
• In-store returns: Present the return QR code from your app or order confirmation email at the register.
• H&M Home items: Furniture and lighting must be returned to the warehouse, not a store.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the warehouse receiving your return.

Yes, but only if you're an H&M Member. Klarna options (Pay in Full, Pay Later, and Pay Over Time) appear at checkout online for members. In store, Pay Later is available via the H&M app. Pay Over Time may carry additional fees. Non-members cannot access Klarna payment options at H&M.

H&M gift cards are available in stores and online, up to $300 per card, with no expiry date and no inactivity fees. To redeem one online, follow these steps:

1. At checkout, select "Add Gift Card" in the Payment section.
2. Enter the 19-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN found on the back of your physical card, or in the email for e-gift cards.
3. You can use a gift card to cover your full order or combine it with other payment methods.
4. To check your balance, call 855-466-7467.

Physical cards can be reloaded in store or on hm.com. Gift cards purchased outside the USA are only valid in the country of purchase.
