Yes, Hohem provides free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. They also offer free returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, making it risk-free to try their camera equipment.

Hohem offers increasing discounts based on your order total: $15 off orders over $300, $35 off over $400, $48 off over $500, and $85 off orders over $700. These automatic discounts encourage bundling purchases for better savings.

Both are official Hohem stores, but they sometimes have different pricing and promotions. The AliExpress store may offer platform-specific coupons or participate in AliExpress-wide sales events. It's worth comparing prices between both before purchasing.

Add a video to your product review after purchase and Hohem will give you 8% off your next order. Since their camera gimbals are visual products, video reviews are particularly helpful for other customers and easy to create.

Clearance items are typically final sale, but they should still be covered by Hohem's standard warranty. Contact their customer service at +1 (888) 965 8512 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST) to confirm warranty coverage for specific clearance products.

The iSteady product line typically sees the most significant discounts, with current deals including 30% off the iSteady MT2 Kit, up to $206 off the iSteady M7, and 38% off the Microphone MIC-01. AI gimbals and camera accessories also frequently go on sale.

Subscribe to their newsletter for early access to sales and exclusive offers. Newsletter subscribers get notified about upcoming promotions before they go public, plus they receive that initial 8% discount code for first-time purchases.
