Horse Saddle Shop offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. A 5% restocking fee applies to returns — significantly lower than the 20% fee common elsewhere. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with no scuffs, dirt, or horse hair. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Yes. During the current exchange promotion, swapping an item for one of equal or greater value waives the 5% restocking fee entirely. Exchange orders totaling $99 or more also receive free outbound shipping to continental US addresses. Return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

Yes. If you find the same saddle cheaper and in stock at another retailer, Horse Saddle Shop will match the price. Free shipping still applies on top of the matched price. Contact the team by phone or email with the competitor's listing to request a match.

Financing is available through Bread. Qualified buyers may be eligible for 0% APR for 6 months. Terms of 12 or 18 months are also available, with rates from 0% to 29.99% APR depending on creditworthiness. There are no prepayment penalties. Subject to credit approval.

Put down a minimum of 30% to reserve your item at its current price, then pay the remaining balance within 90 days. This locks in any active sale price — handy if you've spotted a deal you don't want to lose. A 10% cancellation fee applies if you cancel after the initial payment. Contact the store by phone or email to set it up.

The clearance section offers up to 40% off on saddles, tack, and boots, including scratch-and-dent, overstock, and factory clearance items. All clearance saddles still qualify for free ground shipping to the continental US, so the discount is the whole discount — no delivery charge quietly eating into it.

Yes. International orders ship via Global Airmail Parcel Post at reduced rates. Canada is served through Canada Post or FedEx. APO addresses are also supported — contact the store for a quote. All transactions are charged in US dollars, and local duties or tariffs may apply.

A promo code is available at checkout specifically for customers using the EZ Saddle Trade-In Program. The code applies additional savings on top of the trade-in credit — so you're combining two separate discounts in one order. Visit the trade-in page on horsesaddleshop.com or contact the support team to confirm the current code before completing your order.
