Registration is free and open to U.S. residents aged 13 and older. Sign up through the Jamba website or mobile app, with one account per person. Minors need parental consent. Once registered, your welcome reward activates immediately.

New members receive 50% off one smoothie as a welcome reward upon registration, and 50% off one food item after completing their first purchase. Both rewards are single-use and apply to your next eligible visit.

Yes, but only on orders placed directly through the official Jamba app or website. Orders through third-party platforms like UberEats or DoorDash do not earn points. Always order direct to keep your rewards balance growing.

Jamba may remove points from accounts that have no qualifying purchase activity for 12 months. To protect your balance, complete at least one transaction per year through your linked Rewards account. Gift card purchases don't count.

Yes. A service fee applies when you redeem a Banked Reward through the Jamba website or app. Redeeming the same reward in-store avoids this fee entirely. If you have the option, in-store redemption is the better value.

Add your birthday to your My Jamba Rewards account profile. Jamba issues a complimentary smoothie or treat on or around that date. Note: once your birthday is set in your profile, it cannot be changed, and minimum membership or purchase requirements may apply.

Yes. AARP members who link their membership to a My Jamba Rewards account receive a 10% discount on qualifying in-store, app, and online orders. The discount applies daily and is one of the most consistent savings available at Jamba.

If you're unhappy with the taste or quality of any Jamba order, the store will remake or replace it. No receipt needed. For in-store orders, flag it before you leave. For delivery or app orders, contact the store within 48 hours of purchase.

Yes, and you've got two good options:

• Order directly through the Jamba app or website for delivery from your local store. You'll keep earning rewards on every order you place this way.
• Subscribe through Revive Superfoods for frozen, ready-to-blend Jamba kits delivered to your door. New subscribers get 50% off their first box.

Jamba accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay at participating locations, in addition to standard payment methods. Gift cards are also accepted, though purchasing or reloading a gift card does not earn Jamba Rewards points.
